My Account' is the section where you can view your Personal Information, Order History and Shopping List.

You can register by clicking on the "Sign In" section located at the top right corner on the home page. Please provide the required information in the form that appears and click on submit. We will send a one-time password (OTP) to verify your mobile number. Post verification, you can start shopping on Lactra.

Yes, you do need to register before shopping with us. However, you can browse the website without registration. You are required to login or register while you checkout.

Each email ID/login ID and mobile number can only be associated with one customer account.

-Most orders are delivered in 3-7 business days post the shipping date.

You can search for a product by navigating through the category pages or by using search tab on the top of every page.

We ensure that all our products are hygienically and carefully handled and maintain them in the correct temperature & packaging.

You can prepare your cart and select the address you want the order to be delivered at. The availability of the product will be dependent on the selected address. Product without availability will be shown as ‘Out of stock’. You may remove them or add similar products as per your convenience.

Upon the successful completion of your order, an order confirmation e-mail and SMS containing your order details will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number.

-If you have forgotten the password of your speedo.in account, click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link next to the LOGIN button. Clicking it will redirect you to a new page where you will be required to enter the registered email ID of your speedo.in account. After clicking SUBMIT, an email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the registered email ID. Kindly follow the instructions on this email to create a new password for your speedo.in account.

-We regret to inform you that once you have placed an order, you will not be able to change your shipping address.

No, currently this service is not available..

Currently, there is no provision to modify the order once it is placed. You may cancel the order until it is shipped. You may request for a return of the ordered product as per the return policy.

You can deactivate your account by writing an email to info@lactra.com with the subject line "Account deactivation". Also, in the email, mention The mobile number associated with the account you would like to deactivate.

You can permanently delete your account by writing an email to cs@jiomart.com with the subject line "Account deletion".

Our team will reach out to you to confirm the deletion request and the account will be deleted within 15 working days. Note: For a better experience, we recommend you NOT to delete your account if you have wallet/Gift Card balance - Make the most of the balances by shopping at Lactra Placed any order in the last 30 days - You will not be able to access the purchase history/returns or cancel the order if your account is deleted However, if you delete your account if you have wallet/Gift Card balances or have placed any order in the 30 days, your balance amount will be forfeited and you might not be able to cancel/return the order.

It has come to the notice of Lactra that, some fraudsters are approaching customers:

  • with promotional Offers from Lactra;
  • through fake email IDs as well as fake domain names/website links which may appear confusingly similar or identical with Lactra and its Group Companies
  • through Social media Apps such as Whatsapp / Facebook by including the trademark/logo of lactra and/or the logo ‘B’ as part of their profile pic and pushing fake offers to the innocent public, by luring them with false promises.

General public and prospective customers are advised to immediately report any suspicious incident to the concerned authorities and to us. Please note that any person dealing with such fraudsters will be dealing at his/her own risk and responsibility. Lactra and/or any of its Group Company will not be responsible for any loss suffered or otherwise in this respect.

- If the mode of payment chosen upon purchase was Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, we can reverse the credit to the Credit Card, Debit Card or the Net Banking account respectively. Please see the table in Q3. (above) for modes of payments and their refund methods.
- If the mode of payment chosen upon purchase was Cash on Delivery (COD), kindly read on: After placing your return request with our Customer Care, you will be required to email your Bank Account Details and Order Details to info@lactra.in from your speedo.in registered email ID. When a refund request has been initiated by our Quality Check Team (see Q3. above), the Refund Amount (excluding the COD charge) will be remitted to your Bank Account.
The Bank Account Details and Order Details required to send to payments@speedo.in are as follows:

  1. Bank account number
  2. Account holder’s name
  3. Bank branch
  4. Bank name
  5. IFSC code (Indian Financial System Code)
  6. 6. Order ID
Kindly note that it will take approximately 2-4 banking days for the order amount to be transferred to your bank account.

- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.

-(LACTRA) has a 3 day replacement policy. If you are unhappy with the product you have received, you can initiate a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a replacement, please notify us by emailing us at with the subject “Order Return”. Any replacement initiated post 3 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

-To raise a request for any issue, email us at info@lactra.in . If you are emailing, kindly use the registered email ID for your speedo.in account as it will allow us to better process your request. Once your request has been lodged, an email with a request ticket ID will be sent to you.

-IWe strive to deliver the product as it appears on the website. However, if it appears that the product design you received is different from what is displayed on the website, please note the following: Products with print or pattern designs may be changed on a monthly basis. If this is the case, a particular design may be discontinued or become out of stock. We will explicitly mention this on the Product's Page wherever this may be a possibility. Certain colours on the website may appear slightly different from the original colour of the product. This may be due to the display resolution of your web browsing device. If you would like to raise a request for this issue,raise a request for any issue, email us at info@lactra.in If you are emailing, kindly use the registered email ID for your speedo.in account as it will allow us to better process your request. Once your request has been lodged, an email with a request ticket ID will be sent to you.

-To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns for the products that are used, worn, without price tag and without packaged material.

-If you have ordered several products from LACTRA, you are eligible to return a part of the order. Your order can only be returned as it was received:
The product(s) should be purchased only from LACTRA and not from any other retailer be it online or offline. Return request should be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery. Product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed. There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer. All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s). Original invoice should be returned with the product(s). Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition. Kindly visit our Return Policy page for more information.
Your return request will be further handled by our Quality Check Team's standards.
Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product. We do not accept returns on consumer promotion / freebies if the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept return.

-We take utmost care to deliver your order within the committed timelines. The date of delivery depends on your destination PIN code which is shared on the “Thank You” page and the order related emails or SMS.

-No, you can only have a order delivered at one address. Please place multiple orders, in case you want to ship them to multiple addresses..

-This is a rare instance! However, in case you have received a partial order, this might be due to the unavailability of that item in our stock. We will send you the remaining items once we get them back in our stock. In case we cannot fulfill your purchase, we will refund you the payment made towards that product.

-We sincerely apologize if the ordered product appears to have a defect. We further request you to:
1. Kindly do not wear the ordered product for more than 5 minutes.
2. Kindly do not wash the ordered product.
3. Kindly call our Customer Care to raise a return request as soon as possible.

-We sincerely apologize if the order packaging appears to have been tampered with. At the time of delivery, if the order packaging appears to have been tampered with:
1. Kindly do not accept the order from the assigned courier delivery person.
2. Kindly call our Customer Care to notify us that the order has been returned. For more information after this process, kindly read Q3 (Returns, above).

Payments

You can pay for your order using the following modes of payment:

  • UPI
  • Credit Card / Debit Card
  • Netbanking
  • e-Wallets

You can pay by scanning the QR available on the invoice using any UPI app at the time of delivery. Please check with the delivery executive to assist you.

Refund against a cancelled or return product may take up to 7 working days depending on the payment instrument used to place the order.

No, there are no charges for tokenizing and saving your cards.

When you add a new card, you will see a consent screen requesting you to tap on ‘Secure & Pay’ button. Simply select the tap on the button and continue with your payment on that card. Your consent will be successfully captured once the payment is complete.

Yes, per the RBI guidelines, you need to provide consent to save each card separately. You can do the same while making your payment on Lactra.

For certain PIN codes, Cash on Delivery will not be available. Only Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking payment options can be used for these locations. Please check the service availability to a particular product to PIN codes before choosing a payment mode.

If your payment fails, please try placing the order again with accurate details, i.e. Credit Card/Debit card Details, Account details, Billing address, Password (for Net Banking) etc. Also keep a check that your Internet connection is not interrupted during the process.
If your account has been debited with the amount after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7 business days.
You can write to us on info@lactra.in with your order number for any further clarification. We shall need your transaction ID and Bank Statement for resolution of your complaint. In the meanwhile, you may also check with your bank to know more about the exact time taken for the credit to appear.
